Super easy and works very quickly. Quantity in kettle, let it stand for a while and clean! Use little water for rinsing afterwards, so it's environmentally friendly! :-) Fantastic!
When purchasing a Moccamaster coffee maker, I immediately purchased the durgol universal descaler. It is a super descaler and the best thing is that it has no odor.

The best product for the Moccamaster, but also the kettle, among other things, will be like new again.
More expensive than vinegar, but much better for my expensive coffee machine. Happy with!

Product descales very thoroughly and is easy to use in a single dose vial. Cheaper products are available, but with Durgol the lifespan of your expensive device is assured and what is now €12 per year, barely €1 per month. I am already convinced.
I always used vinegar to descale my coffee maker and water heater. The previous coffee machine leaked water so I bought a new La Pavioni. The manual clearly stated that vinegar is far too aggressive and should not be used to descale the coffee machine and water heater. I received a bottle of Durgal Swiss Espresso as a gift from friends and used it for the next descaling: what a difference: the job was done in no time and the coffee machine was neatly cleaned on the inside. Since you can look into the boiler, you can see the result. So very satisfied. I am now also going to give the water heater a (safe!!) service.
Very pleasant and good product for our two fully automatic machines. Both devices have a descaling program so that the correct procedure is always followed. The Swiss Espresso is liquid, so it never suffers from residue (granules or sediment) due to products that are offered as powder. Just in one word: Perfect
Tried it together with the Universal product and I am also very satisfied with it. Given the properties and therefore the preservation of our valuable espresso machine, certainly a recommendation.
I have used this product in all my espresso machines, it is very simple, clean, convenient and so fast and harmless that I can only recommend it. Cool !
I came across this product at the household fair. And then I bought 1 package. Really good stuff, I had been suffering for a while that the coffee was no longer hot and tasted different. but after descaling it with this, the coffee tastes delicious again. Never thought it could have so much influence on the taste of the coffee, really great stuff.
No other descaler for my Dolce Gusto machine. The machine is descaled quickly and easily with Durgol and I can enjoy my cup of coffee again.

Good way to easily clean your expresso machine. Very easy to do this.
It was wonderful. My coffee tasted so much better. I have ordered other products but not with such excellent results. I immediately ordered more to use regularly (and also a bottle for my sister as a surprise.)
