User Manual Steam Ironing Stations with ONE Outlet/Closure

Descaling of steam ironing stations and steam ironing systems with a steam tank closure.

1. Disconnect the power supply and let the device cool down completely.
   
2. If a removable water reservoir is present, it must be removed before starting the descaling process.
3. Unscrew the closure cap and let the steam tank drain. 
4. Ensure that the device is stable and cannot tip over.
5. Carefully fill the steam tank with 500 ml (1 bottle) Durgol Swiss Vapura. 
6. Ensure that splashing is avoided.
   
7. Leave Durgol Swiss Vapura on for 20 minutes.
   
8. Caution: Do not tighten the steam tank closure. 
9. The filling opening must remain open throughout the entire descaling process to prevent pressure from building up.
10. Now fill the steam tank completely with water.
    
11. Let the descaling solution work for another 10 minutes.
12. Pour the descaling solution into a sink.
    
13. Note: The descaling solution used may still contain active acid, so ensure that splashing is avoided.
14. Rinse the steam tank with water three times in succession. 
15. Fill the reservoir completely with water each time and empty it again.
16. After this, the device is fully descaled and optimal use is possible again.

Descaling of steam ironing stations and steam ironing systems WITH steam tank closure and drain cap.

1. Disconnect the power supply and let the device cool down completely.
   
2. If a removable water reservoir is present, it must be removed before starting the descaling process.
3. Unscrew the drain cap and let the steam tank drain. 
4. Then screw the drain cap back shut.
   
5. Ensure that the device is stable and cannot tip over.
6. Unscrew the steam tank cap and carefully fill the steam tank with 500 ml (1 bottle) Durgol Swiss Vapura. 
7. Ensure that splashing is avoided.
   
8. Leave Durgol Swiss Vapura on for 20 minutes.
   
9. Caution: Do not tighten the steam tank closure. 
10. The filling opening must remain open throughout the entire descaling process to prevent pressure from building up.
11. Fill the steam tank completely with water.
    
12. Let the descaling solution work for another 10 minutes.
13. Tighten the steam tank cap again. 
14. This prevents splashing.
15. Pour the descaling solution into a sink.
    
16. Note: The descaling solution used may still contain active acid, so ensure that splashing is avoided.
17. Screw the drain cap back shut. 
18. Rinse the steam tank with water three times in succession. 
19. Fill the reservoir completely with water each time and empty it again.
20. After this, the device is fully descaled and optimal use is possible again.

Tip: Additionally, the removable water tank can be descaled with durgol® universal. In any case, remove the limescale filter cartridge beforehand and reinsert it after descaling.

Important comments

• Contact with acid-sensitive materials should be avoided.
• Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation.
• Allow the used descaling agent to cool before pouring. Rinse with cold water.
• Please note that damage resulting from improper use of durgol® swiss vapura is not covered by our warranty.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• IF CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap.
• IF CONTACT WITH EYES: rinse carefully with water for several minutes; remove contact lenses, if possible; continue rinsing.
• In case of skin irritation: consult a doctor. In case of persistent eye irritation: consult a doctor.
