Instruction manual Steam ironing stations with ONE outlet/closing
Descaling of flow ironing stations and flow ironing systems with ONE steam tank closure.
- Disconnect the mains supply and allow the device to cool down completely.
- If there is a removable water tank, this must be removed before starting descaling.
- Open the closing cap and allow the steam tank to empty.
- => Make sure that the device is stable and cannot fall over.
- Carefully fill the steam tank with 500 ml (1 bottle) durgol swiss vapura.
- Take care to avoid splashing.
- Let durgol swiss vapura work for 20 minutes.
- Note: Do not close the steam tank cap.
- The filling opening must remain open during the entire descaling process so that no pressure is created.
- Now fill the steam tank completely with water.
- Allow the descaling solution to work for another 10 minutes.
- Pour the descaling solution into a sink.
- Please note: The descaling solution used may still contain active acid, so take care to avoid splashing.
- Rinse the steam tank 3 times successively with water.
- Always fill the reservoir completely with water and empty it again.
- After this, the device is completely descaled and optimal use is possible again.

Descaling of electric ironing stations and electric ironing systems WITH steam tank closure and emptying cap.
- Disconnect the mains supply and allow the device to cool down completely.
- If there is a removable water tank, this must be removed before starting descaling.
- Open the emptying cap and allow the steam tank to empty.
- Then close the emptying cap again.
- => Make sure that the device is stable and cannot fall over.
- Open the steam tank cap and carefully fill the steam tank with 500 ml (1 bottle) durgol swiss vapura.
- Take care to avoid splashing.
- Let durgol swiss vapura work for 20 minutes.
- Note: Do not close the steam tank cap.
- The filling opening must remain open during the entire descaling process so that no pressure is created.
- Fill the steam tank completely with water.
- Allow the descaling solution to work for another 10 minutes.
- Close the steam tank cap again.
- This prevents splashes.
- Pour the descaling solution into a sink.
- Please note: The descaling solution used may still contain active acid, so take care to avoid splashing.
- Close the emptying cap again.
- Rinse the steam tank 3 times successively with water.
- Always fill the reservoir completely with water and empty it again.
- After this, the device is completely descaled and optimal use is possible again.
Tip: In addition, the removable water tank can be descaled with durgol® universal. In any case, remove the limescale filter cartridge beforehand and reinsert it after descaling.
Important comments
- Contact with acid-sensitive materials should be avoided.
- Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation.
- Allow the used descaling agent to cool before pouring it out. Rinse with cold water.
- Please note that damage resulting from improper use of durgol® swiss vapura is not covered by our warranty.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
- IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes; remove contact lenses, if possible; keep rinsing.
- In case of skin irritation: consult a doctor. If eye irritation persists: consult a doctor.
